4.2 Withdrawal Rules

4.3 Prohibited Transactions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Bonus offers apply only to eligible members and must be used within a specified period.
• It may not be possible to take advantage of multiple bonus offers at the same time — separate terms apply to each offer.
• ba222 reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel promotions at any time.
• If irregularities or bonus abuse are found, the bonus will be forfeited.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

ba222 is a fair play platform. All games are operated transparently and results are free from manipulation. If any member attempts to use automated bots, software, or any unfair advantage, their account will be closed immediately.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of any game becomes uncertain due to a technical error or server issue, ba222 reserves the right to void the bets for that round and return the funds in full. Winnings allegedly earned from faulty software will not be considered valid.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

ba222 is not responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection, device malfunction, or other external factors. It is the member's own responsibility to ensure the security of their internet connection and device.

ba222's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can advance to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Cashback amounts and VIP tier benefits may change at ba222's discretion. VIP benefits are non-transferable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba222:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving disrespectfully toward other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the account being suspended or permanently closed, and all balances may be forfeited.
